Three  Senior Secondary Faculty 1 (SS1) college students (names withheld), who allegedly gang-defiled their 15-year-old classmate, have been on Wednesday remanded in a juvenile dwelling.

The youngsters aged:  16, 16 and 14-years have been docked at  a Tinubu Chief Magistrates Courtroom  which additionally doubles as a Household Courtroom.

They’re  dealing with a four-count cost bordering on conspiracy, illegal canal information, sexual assault and defilement.

The chief Justice of the Peace, Mr Tajudeen Elias, ordered that the boys be remanded at Borstal Coaching Establishment in Adigbe, Abeokuta, pending the receipt of authorized recommendation from the Division of Public Prosecutions (DPPs).

The prosecutor, Sgt. Hafsat Ajibode, instructed the court docket that the boys dedicated the offences in July 2018 at Makoko Space of Lagos State.

She stated that the boys gang-defiled their 15-year-old classmate at her resident.

“The boys claimed that they came visiting their feminine classmate at her home whereas her dad and mom weren’t round.

“They provided her a drink which was suspected to include some sleeping drugs and that was the final the woman remembered when she grew to become acutely aware.

“When she regained consciousness, she found that she was bare and bleeding whereas the boys had disappeared.

“She raised an alarm which led to the arrest of the accused.

“The woman has since been traumatised and hospitalized on account of the incident,” she stated.

She stated that the offences contravened Sections 260 (1) (2) (four), 261, 263 (1) and 411 of the Felony Regulation of Lagos State, 2015.

The case was adjourned till Jan.16 for point out.
