An Ikeja Justice of the Peace’s court docket sitting in Ogba, Lagos State, has ordered the remand of a 35-year-old man, Peter Adida, in jail custody for allegedly defiling his daughter.

The presiding Justice of the Peace, Sule-Amzat, didn’t take the plea of the defendant. She ordered that he be remanded in jail custody pending the end result of authorized recommendation from the Directorate of Public Prosecutions on the matter.
